How long does shipping take?

Orders leave the Brooklyn warehouse within 24 hours. Standard delivery is 2 to 4 business days in the US and 5 to 9 business days everywhere else. Shipping is free on every order with no minimum.

What is the 60-day wear test?

Run, train or walk in your shoes for up to 60 days. If they are not right, send them back for a full refund even if the soles are dirty. We only ask that you tell us what did not work so we can improve the shoe.

How do your sizes run?

Most of the line is true to size. The Apex Flyknit 3 and the Skyline Canvas Low run narrow, so we recommend going up half a size. Every product page lists the fit note under the specs.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes, and we ship the replacement before you post the first pair back. Message us with your order number and the size you need and we will send a prepaid return label the same day.

What does the two-year warranty cover?

Sole separation, stitching failure, eyelet tears and midsole collapse under normal use. It does not cover cosmetic wear or damage from a dryer. If something fails, we repair it or replace the pair outright.

Do you resole worn shoes?

We do. Send a worn pair back and we resole it for the cost of shipping both ways. It takes about three weeks and works on any Velocite shoe with an intact upper.
